I was referred by my mechanic since it had to do with transmission. Carter was very helpful when I called and told him the code from auto zone. They got me in in a reasonable amount of time and was fixed shortly there after. Everyone was very friendly and price was reasonable. If my mechanic can’t fix it, I will go back to Carter!

When our vehicle failed, we called two places and transmission plus is where we decided to take our truck best price and very helpful, they said it would take 5 to 7 days, we took it Wednesday afternoon and by Tuesday it was ready I highly recommend them my husband was very pleased.

I have never had a vehicle that had a transmission issue so when my Honda had an unexpected transmission failure I was at a loss. Transmissions Plus was there every step of the way and was able to get the work done quickly (about a week) to help alleviate the pain of borrowing/renting a car. I also can rest easy knowing that they guarantee their work with a warranty.

Outstanding experience! After our transmission failed in our 2018 CR-V, we called around the QC trying to find a shop that could help. Carter with Transmissions Plus answered right away, took our info and within an hour found a replacement transmission with less miles and got us scheduled. The replacement parts and labor were fractions of our local Honda dealership and Transmissions Plus was able to get it repaired/replaced in half the time originally expected. ???? Thank you to Carter, Devon, the wonderful office manager(I didn?t get her name) and the entire Transmissions Plus group:) I hope you never have transmission problems but if you do call Transmissions Plus first!

On the road 300 miles from home and destination. Car lurches and Service Transmission and engine lights come on 40 miles from hotel. Talk to Gary and he agrees to look at next morning. Checked my codes, explained what he found... And charged me nothing. Much appreciated. Don't live there, but if I needed work, that's where I'd go.... Thanks?

I came in from out of Chicago. I only planned on coming in for a show and leaving. My transmission broke down. The turnover time was two days. Estimate was three. They did a great job by giving me a warranty on the trans too. Dropped me off at a safe hotel and picked me up when it was ready. Thanks Bill and awesome receptionist.

We had our van towed here for tramsmission issues. Bill was very informative, their staff was very friendly as well. He always returned my phone calls if he wasn't available.
